A regular contributor and a curator of Women in Street, Eléonore is currently developing street photography and documentary projects in Chile. Her photographs have been exhibited in the United States and in Europe.
After obtaining her master’s degree in art history, Eléonore (French-American) moved to New York and fell in love with street photography. There, she worked as a studio manager and served as a teaching assistant at the International Center of Photography. Her work offers an aesthetic and mysterious representation of the world: unusual camera angles, stark shadows and graphic elements abstract her depictions of urban life.
Focussed primarily on the candid form, but also touching on related genres of street portraiture and documentary, @womeninstreet maintains a presence on several social media platforms, and publishes a zine in blog format, Her Side of the Street
